How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ VELARA โ Cancel. On Android: Google Play โ Subscriptions โ VELARA โ Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from within the app under Settings โ Subscription. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing.
What AI models are included in each plan?
Essential includes GPT-4o Mini and Gemini Pro. Professional adds GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet 4, and Grok 3. Enterprise unlocks all 19 models including Grok 4 and Grok 4.1 Reasoning. Founder's Circle includes everything plus dedicated AI instances.
Is my data private? Do you train AI on my conversations?
Your conversations are private. We do not use your personal conversations to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the Revenue Share program work?
Founder's Circle members earn a recurring percentage of the monthly subscription revenue from every user they refer to VELARA. Payments are made automatically each month for as long as the referred user maintains an active subscription. Contact founders@velaraai.app for current rates.
Does VELARA work offline?
Some features like locally stored notes and expense records are available offline. AI chat, voice, and web search require an internet connection.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I use VELARA on multiple devices?
Yes. One VELARA account works across iOS, Android, and web. Your conversations, preferences, and memory sync automatically across all your devices.
